Attorney James J. Quail is the founding partner of James J. Quail & Associates, P.C. He graudated summa cum laude from Dowling College in 1996 with the highest academic distinction and subsequently earned a Juris doctorate from St. John's School of Law in 1999 in the top of his class. Mr. Quail further trained with top lawyers around the country and serves as local counsel for attorneys and clients throughout the nation.
