Burglary
When a person knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime therein.  The level of felony varies depending on whether the person is armed with an explosive device or deadly weapon, causes an injury to another or displays a firearm. 
 
§140.20           Burglary in the third degree
§140.25           Burglary in the second degree
§140.30           Burglary in the first degree
