Arson
When a person recklessly or intentionally damages a building or motor vehicle through fire or an explosion.  The level of felony varies if there is a person present in the building or motor vehicle, and whether another person was seriously injured or the damage would result in expected financial gain.

§150.15           Arson in the second degree
§150.20           Arson in the first degree
